Purpose
The mission of the Support and Empowerment Center is to assist women with disadvantages in helping them to lead independent lives through support and empowerment. The center also works to be part of the community enhancing connections with individuals and community participation.

Taipei City Neihu Women's Support and Empowerment Center
CSS provides in-depth support and overall social service to single parents, vulnerable families with needs. Care includes substantial services like psychological counselling, legal consultation, parenting guidance, and referrals for career counselling. Together with the local community, the Taipei City Neihu Women's Support and Empowerment Center under the management of CSS is building a friendly, professional, warm, energetic, diverse environment for Neihu residents.
 
Taipei City Songshan Nangang Women's Support and Empowerment Center
The Center serves the residents from the Songshan and Nangang Districts. Through this government project, CSS continues to serve single-parent families and vulnerable women together with general women's services. Our mission is to assist with care in areas that include substantial services like psychological counselling, legal consultation, parenting guidance, and referrals for career counselling. We underscore the importance in the value of life so we proactively provide care for women, children and families as they experience difficulties.
